the Shopping Show Terms Of Service
Welcome to the Shopping Show. The show airs Saturday mornings from 8a to 12p on KINS FM 106.3, KURY FM 95.3, and KEKA FM 101.5 or shop online.
All items are available at various discounted levels. The complete Shopping Show list can be found at our radio studios and on the show’s website (www.theshoppingshow.net).
Anytime during the Show, you may call (707-442-5744) and purchase any of the items available that week. There are certain features which are sprinkled throughout the show (Blow Outs, Bid Ups, and Reverse Auctions, for example) which are limited-item periods of the show.
You have choices in how to pay for your purchase(s). We accept debit and credit cards, checks, and cash. You can choose to have your order automatically charged and mailed out Monday (which requires you to have credit/debit card information on file) or you can come into our Eureka offices at 1101 Marsh Road and pay with cash or check Monday afternoon or all day Tuesday. (Items not paid for after two business days will be resold.) Personal information provided to the Shopping Show will be securely retain by both Eureka Broadcasting and our authorized partners including our software provider Big Deals Media.
At the end of the day, your show orders will be charged a $1 non-refundable processing and handling fee.
By signing up online or on the Saturday show and purchasing an item or service from the Shopping Show, you agree to the following:
You represent to the Show that you are 18 years of age or older.
All sales are final.
In the event of a business closure, the original purchaser will receive in-house credit for up to three (3) months from date of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated on the coupon, all Show coupons must be used within six (6) months from the date of purchase, or they are void. Some participating businesses providing their own coupons may set expiration dates different from the Show. Read the coupon carefully!
The Show will not re-issue expired, lost, or damaged coupons.
Some participating businesses provide scrip or passes in lieu of coupons. For the purposes of this agreement scrip and passes are considered to be the same as coupons.
The Show and you may terminate participation in the program upon service by mail of ten (10) days written notice to the other.
Should litigation arise from a dispute between the Show and you, the Show and you hereby agree to accept the applicable jurisdiction of either the Superior Court of California or its Small Claims Court and the venue of the County of Humboldt.
The Show may make changes to its policies and this program from time to time which will be set forth on its website at www.theshoppingshow.net. Alternatively, PIN holders may request policy statements/changes by contacting the Show at the phone number below. Your continued use of your PIN following a policy change will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the policy change(s).
For the Shopping Show to continue to provide its service to our audience and the business community, everyone needs to abide by the rules and spirit of the show. Be sure to read the coupons. Some coupons do have additional conditions (such as some lodging facilities requiring prior notification, use of credit card to hold the room and/or for security deposit, and normal cancellation policies) that must be followed. In restaurants, be sure to tip based on the retail price of your meal (coupons are not valid for tips-any “overage” or balance you leave does not go to the waitperson).
Business owners choose to participate with the Shopping Show. We want to be certain that this is as pleasant an experience for them and their staff as it is for you.
